Zart schmelzige, eingemachte gelbe Frucht, dazu ein wenig Zitrus, reifer Apfel und Kräuter, dezente Hefewürze im Hintergrund, eingebundene Säure und zart schäumendes Mousseux, hat Charakter und Feinheit, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
