2005 Sopron Balf Merlot - Cabernet, Nordwesten, Hungary

Editor note: Partly preserved black berries and some cherries on the nose, cool mineral notes, some grilled bell peppers, smoky and light sweaty notes. Concentrated and juicy on the palate, loads of black fruit, roasted notes, spicy oak, animal notes, persistent, firm structure and good depth, still youthful, mineral traces in the background, medium body, very good finish.
