Description to Bourgogne Aligote AOC

Regional Appellation in the Burgundy for exclusively white wines from the eponymous grape. The name may be used for any wine from the entire region, provided the minimum requirements are met. This concerns the departments of Côte d'Or (91 municipalities), Rhône (85), Sâone-et-Loire (154) and Yonne (54). The community Bouzeron is entitled to the attribution. The possible vineyards cover approximately 1,600 hectares, which corresponds to the cultivation quantity of the variety.
