Description to Crémant de Loire AOC

The regional appellation created in 1975 for Crémant (Champagne sparkling wine outside the campaign) is valid for sparkling wines produced in appellations Anjou. Cheverny. Saumur and Touraine be generated. In the region Loire the first known as Crémants sparkling wines were produced under the old names Crémant de Saumur and Crémant de Vouvray. Almost all varieties permitted on the Loire may be used, except Sauvignon Blanc, The most commonly used are Cabernet Franc. Cabernet Sauvignon.
