DOC area for red wines, rosé wines and white wines in the Italian region Apulia, The zone includes the municipalities of Acquaviva delle Fonti, Adelfia, Altamura, Casamassima, Cassano delle Murge, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, Gioia del Colle, Grumo Appula, Noci, Putignano, Rutigliano, Sammichele di Bari, Sannicandro di Bari, Santeramo in Colle and Turi in the province of Bari. The Bianco is out Trebbiano Toscano (50-70%), as well as other approved varieties (30-50%). The Rosso and Rosato wine types are made from the Primitivo varieties Tribidrag (50-60%), Montepulciano and or Negroamaro and or Sangiovese (max. 40-50%), as well as Malvasia Nera Malvasia Nera di Brindisi (max. 10%) blended. The red wine Aleatico Dolce (also as Riserva and Liquoroso ) is made Aleatico (85%) and the varieties Nagroamaro, Malvasia Nera and Primitivo (max. 15%). The red wine Primitivo (also called Riserva) is made from 100% of this variety.
