Description to Greco di Bianco DOC
DOC area for sweet white wine in the Italian region Calabria, The zone includes the eponymous coastal town of Bianco and in part the municipality of Casignana in the province of Reggio Calabria at the very tip of the boot. The amber Wine is made from semi-dried, raisin grapes of the variety Greco Bianco (95%) and, if necessary, other approved varieties (max. 5%). The alcohol content is 17% vol, the prescribed aging is one year. The wine is also in Bocksbeutel bottles bottled.
