2006 Kremstal Ried Pfaffenberg Riesling trocken Hauerinnung Krems - Stein, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm nose, citrus and peaches, mienral traces and a hint of elderberry. Firm and light-bodied on the palate, elegant, firmly structured acidity, tart mienral notes, some more elderberry, prominent acid bite, appears lighter than it is, tart finish.

Editor note: Pineapple and stone fruit on the nose, elderberries and herbs and spices. Some more elderberry on the palate, stalky notes, slightly reminiscent of Scheurebe, medium fruit, pineapple and green apples, slightly rustic style, quite refreshing, integrated acidity, slightly dusty on an attractive finish.
