2006 Kremstal Zweigelt trocken Kellermeister Reserve, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Mature nose, preserved and marinated berries, some old oak, hint of solvent. Fairly cool, very polished fruit on the palate, berries and plums, noticeable oak and some more solvent, slightly green herbs and spices, integrated tannins, has some substance, rather aggressive oak on an otherwise attractive finish.
