2006 Traisental Chardonnay trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Slightly muted nose with apples and grapefruit. Uncomplicated style with fairly prominent sweet-and-sour apple fruit, bracing, polished acidity, overall quite smooth and clean, light tannic touch is a little astringent on the otherwise attractive finish.
