Translate to English Herb-pflanzlicher und leicht erdiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einem Hauch Pfeffer, ein wenig Wacholder und Lorbeer sowie einer Spur Senfsaat. Reife, etwas warme, süßlich-schmelzige Frucht mit nussigen, gelb-gewürzigen und erdigen Noten, leicht nussig, passende Säure und noch leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, gewinnt mit Luft aber an Saft, rauchige Töne, erdige Mineralik, eine Spur Wacholder, nachhaltig, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit Griff und klarem, süßlichem Saft.
