Translate to English Herber, etwas kräuterig-pflanzlicher und deutlich pfeffriger, auch eine Spur holziger Duft mit Zitrus- und Steinobstaromen sowie recht deutlich erdigen bis mineralischen Noten. Reife, saftige, teils kandiert wirkende Frucht im Mund, lebendige, feine Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, pfeffrige und getrocknet-kräuterige Noten am Gaumen, im Hintergrund Mineralik, metallische Anklänge, ein wenig schwarze Beeren, süßlicher Schmelz und ein Hauch Karamell, noch wenig entwickelt, guter Abgang.
