Translate to English Kräuteriger, herb-vegetabiler und pfeffriger Duft nach kandierten gelben Früchten mit erdigen bis mineralischen und hefigen Noten. Reife, kandiert, angetrocknet und eingemacht wirkende, süßliche Frucht mit moderater Säure und etwas Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, warm und schmelzig am Gaumen, karamellige Töne, etwas nussig, recht mächtiger Körper mit spürbarem Alkohol, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nicht allzu tief, ein wenig gedeckt, leicht wachsig, guter bis sehr guter, wieder süßlicher Abgang mit viel kandierter Frucht und Alkohol.
