The wines keep constant high level and are usually the best in their respective category in the area. Weaknesses, there is little, but can occur in difficult vintages. However, this must be balanced in good years with particularly compelling assortments so that an operation can hold the status. In most cases you can blindly buy.

The winery "Winzerhof Martin Walzer" is located in the municipality Gneixendorf, a district of Krems, in the Lower Austrian winegrowing area Kremstal, The family business was taken over in 2009 by Martin Walzer. A special feature is the 130-meter-long former monastery cellar of the Aldersbach Abbey in Bavaria from the 14th century. The vineyards cover nine hectares of vineyards in the vineyards Gebling, Haide, Kobel and Wolfsgraben. They are exclusively planted with white grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Rivaner, Chardonnay and Gelber Muskateller. The management is carried out close to nature ecological Principles. The grapes are picked by hand and sorted. After a cool fermentation of the musts, depending on the type, the wines are aged in traditional wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks. There are also special bottlings of certain wines by hand in magnums, The sweet wines such as Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese and Eiswein are read particularly gently during the third to fourth readings. It is also produced a bottle fermented Winzersekt.
