Prominent yeasty and vegetal notes on the nose, hint of mushrooms, tart yellow fruit aromas, hint of iodine, prominent mineral notes. Firm, ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal aromas, elegant acid bite and some tannic grip, herbaceous and prominent nutty notes, hint of mushrooms, persistent, very elegant acidity, prominent but integrated tannins, still young, good depth, hint of nut butter, chalky and salty notes on a very good, firm, juicy, yeasty, nutty, spicy finish.
