2006 Zweigelt trocken Prestige "In Ölbergen", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Partly candied light cherries on the nose, delicately perfumed, herbaceous notes, some old oak. Fairly straightforward style, slightly dissolute, slightly sweetish preserved red berry fruit on the palate, nutty notes and some old oak, very light bitter note, slightly astringent, fine-grained tannins on an attractive finish.
