Vegetal nose, nutty and peppery notes, ripe pomaceous fruit, nutty and mineral traces. Dry, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, still quite yeasty, light nutty notes, fresh vegetal notes, lively, elegant acidity, medium bodied and creamy, still slightly muted, light earthy and salty mineral notes, hint of tobacco, good substance, persistent, very good finish with prominent mineral notes.

Editor note: Translate to English Erdiger, vegetabiler und etwas nussiger Duft mit Kernobstnoten sowie leicht tabakigen, krautigen und holzigen Anklängen. Ganz trockene Frucht im Mund, deutlich pflanzlich, erdig und wieder auch leicht tabakig, relativ lebendige Säure, noch leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, salzig-mineralische Anklänge, recht gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, altholzige Noten im Hintergrund, leicht gedeckt und trocknend im guten bis sehr guten Abgang.
