Translate to English Herb-kräuteriger, etwas pfeffriger und mineralischer Duft nach grünen Beeren mit Apfel- und Zitrusaromen sowie grasigen Tönen und einer Spur Holunder. Süßliche Frucht im Mund, geradlinig und geschliffen, deutlich pflanzliche bis grün-gemüsige Töne, etwas erdig und mineralisch am Gaumen, mit Luft recht deutlich Maracuja, sehr feine Säure und leichte Kohlensäure, eine Spur Gerbstoff, pfeffrige Nuancen, nicht ewig tief, auch im Abgang merklicher Restzucker.
