Translate to English Deutlich vegetabiler, dazu leicht getreidiger und eine Spur holziger Duft mit Aromen reifen Kernobsts und erdiger bis kalkiger Mineralik. Recht saftige Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen und erdigen Noten, zart nussig-holzig, präsente Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, hefige Nuancen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, wieder ein wenig kalkig wirkend im Hintergrund, leicht antrocknend, nicht allzu tief, aber sehr gut gemacht, guter bis sehr guter, eher herber Abgang.
