Translate to English Recht fester, herber, deutlich pflanzlicher und ein wenig pfeffriger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einem Hauch dunkler Beeren und eher kühler Mineralik. Reife, saftige und auch schmelzige Frucht, kräuterige Würze und etwas Pfeffer, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nicht ewig tief, aber sehr gut gemacht, ein hauch Olivenöl im Hintergrund, mineralische Noten, guter bis sehr guter, leicht warmer Abgang.
