2016 Scheurebe trocken [Botenstoff], Damaszenerstahl, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Yeasty nose, light floral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of elderberry, earthy traces. Ripe, slightly warm, creamy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, slightly salty in the background, earthy and light nutty notes, peppery traces, good persistence, good to very good finish.
