2016 Sauvignon Blanc trocken [zweimännerwein], Ehlstahl, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Significantly vegetable nose with asparagus notes, a little green fruit and earthy notes. Straightforward, dry fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, vegetal notes, very slightly nutty and earthy, tart tannins, some alcohol, not particularly deep, paprika notes, quite a good finish.
