2017 Hagnau Burgstall Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Baden, Germany

Vegetal and light earthy notes o9n the nose, slightly muted, citrus and pomaceous fruit, nutty and peppery traces. Slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, tart vegetal, nutty and earthy notes, lively acidity, fairly prominent, slightly sandy tannins, still muted, fairly persistent, medium body, earthy and peppery notes, delicate hint of bacon, mineral notes in the background, touch of elderflower, slightly sweetish on a good to very good, still noticeably tannic finish.
