Translate to English Säuerliche und angedeutet kräuterige Nase nach Holunder und ein wenig rohem Fleisch mit einem Hauch Zitrusfrüchte und floralen Spuren. Ziemlich herb im Mund, straffe, kühle dunkle Frucht, leicht hefige und angedeutet tabakige Noten, auch ein wenig kräuterig und florale, feinstaubiges, präsentes, jugendliches Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, salzige Noten im Hintergrund, der hohe Alkohol sehr gut eingebunden, eher drahtiger Stil, metallische und pfeffrige Nuancen, wieder an rohes Fleisch erinnernd, etwas erdig, sehr guter, dann doch ganz leicht alkoholscharfer Abgang.
