, There are the red varieties Blauer Spätburgunder (47%), Cabernet Dorsa and Regent, and the white varieties Müller-Thurgau (25%), Riesling (9%), Ruländer, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc, Muskateller, and Räuschling Viognier grown and processed. The storage capacity is 2.1 million liters. The red wines ripen after fermentation in large wooden barrels or oak barrels. The white wines are aged in steel tanks. Premium wines are Riesling, Pinot Blanc, the red wine cuvée Schwarzer Abt, the white wine Cuvée White Dept and the Barrick-aged Spätburgunder Spätlese. It also produces bottle-fermented sparkling wines and a flavored, wine-based "Rifresco".
