Editor note: Partly dried and preserved black berries and cherries on the nose, dried herbs and flowers, peppery notes, hint of licorice. Ripe, slightly sweetish, preserved fruit on the palate, smoky oak, herbaceous aromas, peppery notes and some licorice, cocoa and a hint of coffee grounds, slightly astringent tannins, noticeable warm alcohol, good persistence, earthy and light salty notes, hint of bacon, more astringent tannins on a good to very good, sweetish, preserved, alcoholic finish.
