Translate to English Kräuterig-pflanzlicher Duft nach Estragon und Zitronengras mit muskatigen und hellen floralen Aromen, etwas kandierten Zitrusfrüchten sowie erdigen bis mineralischen und nussigen Beitönen. Zartsüße, relativ saftige, recht straffe Frucht mit lebendiger Säure und herben pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Noten, etwas Kandis am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, erdig-mineralisch und salzig im Hintergrund, ziemlich dicht gewirkt, noch ein wenig rau und eckig, gewinnt aber über Tage, wird deutlich finer, tiefer und klarer, sehr guter Abgang mit Saft, viel Mineralik und Zug. Erst völlig unterschätzt, braucht er reichlich Luft um erst am dritten Tag langsam zu zeigen, was er wirklich kann; Muss reifen.
