Some apples and candied citrus fruit on the nose, spicy, slightly peppery aromas, partly dried provencale herbs. More light peppery notes on the palate, more herbs and spices, smoky notes, subdued fruit, fairly creamy, quite high alcohol, attractive to good finish.
